The answer is, not hard at all!
All you need is a good pair of walking shoes as the trail is well maintained and equivalent to a walk in the park with some stairs.
The wooden boardwalk can get slippery when went so, just be cautious.
I always refer to this site Vancouver Trails for directions and trail length.
