Amalfi Coast Photo Diary

My favourite beach on this trip was Furore.

To arrive at Furore, you must descend the stony stairs and switchbacks to this hidden gem.

There is no soft white sand or long shore drift apparent. The pebble stones burn your soles until the shoreline.

Being familiar with swimming in open water, the sensation here is nothing like back home.

I felt a connection with the sea here. It could be purely aesthetics too.

A beach you must visit if you are in Praiano.

Just be mindful of floating around aimlessly. Through the bridge there is moderate traffic of kayaks and boats.
